TX 2012/2013 Complete Broker CE Homestudy Package
15 Hours of Approved Texas Broker MCE
The Texas Real Estate Commission requires you to complete 15-hours of MCE for each license renewal. This all-inclusive home study package fulfills the requirements for a broker who sponsors a salesperson, a designated broker of a business entity, or a license holder who is a delegated supervisor of one or more license holders for six months or more during the current license.

TX Broker Responsibility MCE: Homestudy Course
6 Hours of Approved Texas Broker MCE
This course is mandatory for certain licenses on active status that expire after August 31, 2012. If you are a broker who sponsors a salesperson, a designated broker of a business entity, or a license holder who is a delegated supervisor of one or more license holders for six months or more during the current license; you are required to complete this course if you did not finish your renewal education requirements prior to July 1, 2012. If you completed your renewal requirements prior to July 1, 2012, you will not be required to complete TREC Broker Responsibility MCE until your next license renewal.
