What courses are required to become a licensed real estate agent?
The requirements to becoming a real estate agent are different in every state. We offer links to the state requirements on each state’s home page on our website. To find the requirements, select your state above. On the state home page, click the state requirements link on the right hand side of the page in the title bar.

Does my state have reciprocity with any other states?
Some states offer reciprocity to agents and brokers licensed in other states (often neighboring states). Reciprocity agreements are always changing. The best place to turn if you’re curious about your state’s reciprocity agreements is your state’s real estate commission, or the commission of the state where you would like to seek reciprocity.

Is your school approved?
Yes, the courses we offer in every state are approved by that state’s real estate governing body. In Florida, Real Estate School Online is approved through the Florida Real Estate Commission. Our permit number is #1002048. In all other states we partner with other education providers to offer you approved education. In those states, the partner schools that host the course also hold the approvals.

In what states does Real Estate School Online offer licensing education?
RESO currently offers real estate licensing education in the following 22 states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. If we do not currently offer real estate licensing education in your state, check back often. New states are being added on a regular basis.
