15-hr Appraisal Pre-License Course

This is a basic appraisal course for real property appraisers and introduces some of the techniques, and procedures associated with writing the appraisal report.  This course will assist the student in understanding the final step in the appraisal process.  The student will be guided through the different form reports and become acquainted with other available reporting options.  This course will provide the student with a basic application of the reporting requirements as found in the USPAP and further the student’s knowledge of certain supplemental standards applicable to the appraisal assignment.
