Georgia Appraisal 2-4 Family Finesse

This is a hands-on course for practicing real property appraisers. The focus is on proper completion of the Small Residential Income Property Appraisal Report (SRIPAR). The form is illustrated section by section along with class discussion. There are 5 case problems that participants will complete in small groups. One case problem focuses on the completion of an Operating Income Statement. Particular requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA are examined. It ends with a class critique of a completed SRIPAR form.

Approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of The Appraisal Foundation and the state of Georgia as course approval 46388.
