The course can be completed at your own pace, whether that is in 3 days or in one year! You have one full year to complete this course. The state of Florida will take approximately 3-4 weeks to process your application which means you could be licensed only ONE MONTH FROM TODAY!
Florida Real Estate Broker Requirements
A) Currently hold a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License AND your license has been ACTIVE for at least 12 months employed with either a Real Estate Broker or Government Agency. (Owner Developer does not count)
OR
B) You have a Salespersons or Brokers Real Estate License from ANY State and you have been licensed for at least 12 months during the previous 5 years.
If you meet either qualification A or B than you are QUALIFIED to enroll in the broker course. Note that if you qualify under section A then you also need to have complete the Sales Associate Post License 45-hr course if you have not already. If you have not completed this course yet, then you should add this course to your order as well.
If you do not qualify to be a Florida real estate broker, then enroll in our Sales Associate course.
72 Hour Florida Broker License CD-ROM or Online Course
This course gives you the 72 hours of credit you need in order to become a licensed real estate broker in Florida. You must also meet the following requirements, unless exempted from one or more of the respective requirements by the Florida Real Estate Commission: be at least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or holder of a certificate of equivalency (from any country); and pass the Florida real estate broker exam. You do NOT need to be a resident of Florida or be a citizen of the USA.
You will be able to access the course from any computer worldwide that has internet access, OR you can order the CD-ROM Format (No internet connection is required).
This course introduces the basic principles and theories of property based on Florida real estate license law and the Florida Real Estate Commission's regulations on real estate matters in Florida.
This course prepares the student for a career in real estate sales.
